The Business School hosts "Growth to Success Series Lectures: Certificate Experience Sharing"

Recently, to help students better understand the certificates that can be obtained at this stage, grasp the direction of development, clarify certification planning, and enhance examination preparation capabilities, the Business School hosted a "Growth to Success Series Lecture - Certificate Experience Sharing" in the second teaching building 2C311. Dong Pingchuan and Zeng Zhichun, two students from the class of 2021, were invited to share their experiences in the lecture. More than 90 students from the class of 2023 attended the lecture. Dong Pingchuan first introduced the certificates and competitions students should consider during their university stage based on his own experiences. He then explained from various aspects such as career development, internship training, school competitions, national competitions, and off-campus corporate training, focusing on the ways to obtain competition certificates and internship certificates and their significance. He carried out in-depth comparative analysis from multiple perspectives.

Zeng Zhichun, drawing on her rich experiences, introduced the topic by explaining a business competition group challenge question, allowing students to gain an understanding of the business competition process and the skills required. She started with the freshman's choices of competitions and certificate acquisitions and provided professional guidance to students from multiple aspects such as practical application of training, business competition skills reserve, interview bonus experiences, highlighting the importance of practical and reasonable choices, and encouraged students to develop in multiple directions and enrich their university life.

Throughout the lecture, students listened carefully, took detailed notes, and based on their actual needs for competition certificates, conducted in-depth thinking and planning for the future. For the confusions and problems encountered by students currently, the two student representatives patiently answered each question, providing a lot of academic assistance and guidance to students.

Certificates aid in growth and hard work leads to future success. "Learning from paper is shallow, you must experience it yourself." The experience sharing by senior students allows students to make appropriate judgement, but only through personal experience can they make significant progress and continuously improve. By organizing guided activities and leveraging the exemplary role of outstanding students, the school encourages students to help each other and strive for excellence.
